.me domain registration in Pakistan
.me is a short, personal-sounding extension. It belongs to Montenegro, but anyone in the world can register it. It works well for personal brands, portfolios and creators. We register it in your own name, and you pay in rupees. See the list of extensions for other options.
Price and how to order
Loading the current .me price…
Search any name on the availability checker, or go straight to the order form. We confirm availability before registering, you pay in rupees by bank transfer, Raast, JazzCash or Easypaisa, and the domain is registered in your own name.
Who uses .me
- Freelancers and designers with a personal portfolio site
- YouTubers, streamers and other creators building a personal brand
- Bloggers who want a name like yourname.me
- Job seekers who want a short online CV address
- Small teams whose name reads well with 'me', like a call to action
Pick .me when the name is about a person or a personal brand, such as a freelancer portfolio, a creator channel or a personal blog. It is short and reads naturally in English. For a shop, a company or anything that needs local trust, a .pk, .com.pk or .com is usually the safer choice, because Pakistani customers know those best. See our guide “.pk vs .com.pk vs .com: which domain should a Pakistani business pick?”. If you want both, you can register the .com and the .me and point one at the other. Before you commit, check the renewal price, because a low first-year offer may not carry on. We register .me in your own name and you pay in rupees. See the price list and the order form.
Eligibility and rules
Who may register: Anyone can register a name directly under .me. You do not need to live in Montenegro or run a business. Very short names, including two-letter ones, count as premium and may cost more or be held back by the registry. Third-level names such as .co.me are reserved for people and companies in Montenegro, and we do not handle those.
- Open to anyone worldwide. No local presence or documents are needed for a name directly under .me.
- Most registrars sell .me for 1 to 10 years at a time. An older registry policy set a 2-year minimum, so we confirm the term with you when you order.
- Two-letter names and some popular longer names are premium. They cost more, and some are not offered for normal registration.
- Some registrars support names in other scripts, but support differs. Ask us before you plan one.
- Moving a .me domain to another registrar needs an authorization code. Domain lock is supported. See the transfer page.
- A first-year promotion can be lower than the renewal price, so check the renewal price before you buy. See our guide “What a domain costs to renew, and why year two can cost more”.
- We check availability live before you pay. See our guide “How to check if a domain name is available (and why "available" is not a promise)”.
Questions about .me
What does .me mean?
It is the country extension for Montenegro. In practice most people use it as the English word 'me', for personal sites and portfolios.
Is a .me domain good?
It is a good fit for personal brands, creators and portfolios. For a local business that needs wide trust, we usually suggest .pk, .com.pk or .com first. See our guide “.pk vs .com.pk vs .com: which domain should a Pakistani business pick?”.
Can I register .me from Pakistan?
Yes. Names directly under .me are open to anyone worldwide. We register it in your own name, and you pay in rupees by bank transfer, Raast, JazzCash or Easypaisa.
How much does a .me domain cost?
Prices change, and the first year can be lower than renewal. Check the price list or message us on WhatsApp for the current rate. Also read our guide “What a domain costs to renew, and why year two can cost more”.
What happens at renewal?
Renewal can cost more than the first year, especially after a promotion. There is usually a short window after expiry to renew late or restore the name, often at extra cost. Do not rely on it. Renew before the date.
Can I move my .me domain later?
Yes. You need the authorization code from your current registrar, and the domain must be unlocked. See the transfer page and our guide “What is a domain auth code (EPP code)?”.
