Common questions
How quickly do you reply?
On WhatsApp during Pakistani business hours, usually within the same working day. Form requests get the same treatment and a reference number.
Can I get a refund?
If a name you paid for is registered by someone else before we file it, you get a full refund. Registry fees for a domain that has been filed are not refundable. Our terms page has the details.
Is SastiDomains a registrar?
No. We are a Pakistani company that registers domains in your name through PKNIC or a registrar, and runs an escrow marketplace for existing domains.
