About SastiDomains
A marketplace where Pakistanis buy and sell domain names without having to trust a stranger first.
Why we built it
Most domain sales in Pakistan happen in Facebook groups and WhatsApp chats. The buyer sends money first and hopes the seller follows through. Sometimes the seller never transfers the domain. Sometimes the buyer pays, gets the domain, and then reverses the payment. Either way, somebody loses, and there is nobody to call.
SastiDomains fixes that by sitting in the middle. The buyer pays us. The seller transfers the domain. Once the buyer confirms the domain is in their control, we pay the seller. If the transfer fails, the buyer gets a refund. Nobody has to trust the other side, only the process.
What we do
- List domains for free. Owners of .pk, .com.pk, .com and other domains submit a listing with their price. We check the seller controls the domain before the listing goes live.
- Bring buyers and sellers together. Buyers browse listings, buy at the listed price or make an offer. We pass offers to the seller on WhatsApp and help both sides agree.
- Hold the payment. Money stays with us until the buyer confirms the transfer. Sellers pay a 10% commission only when a sale completes. Buyers pay nothing extra.
- Register new domains. Search a name, see the price and the renewal price in rupees, and order on WhatsApp. We confirm availability before filing and aim to register it the same working day your payment arrives.
- Guide the transfer. We walk both sides through the registrar's or PKNIC's transfer steps, so a first-time buyer is not left guessing.
What we don't do
We are not a registrar and we are not part of PKNIC. We don't host websites or run DNS, and we don't hold your domain in our name: a new domain is filed with you as the registrant, and a bought domain is transferred to you. If the name you want is already taken, the marketplace is where we come in; if it is free, we register it for you.
How you pay and get paid
Everything is in Pakistani rupees. Buyers pay by bank transfer, Raast, JazzCash or Easypaisa. Sellers are paid to their bank account or Raast ID, or to a JazzCash or Easypaisa wallet for amounts within the wallet's limit. We send money within 24 hours of the buyer confirming the transfer.
