Who we are

SastiDomains runs the website at sastidomains.com. These terms are an agreement between SastiDomains and anyone who lists a domain, makes an offer, buys a domain or pays through the site. By using the site you accept them. If you do not agree with something here, please do not use the service.

What the service is, and is not

SastiDomains is a marketplace and an escrow service. Owners of existing domains list them for sale. Buyers browse, buy at the listed price or make an offer. When a deal is agreed, the buyer pays SastiDomains, we hold the money while the seller transfers the domain, and we pay the seller once the buyer confirms the domain is in their control.

SastiDomains is not a registrar and is not affiliated with PKNIC or any registrar. In a marketplace deal the domain is moved by the registry or registrar that manages it, following their own process and timing, which we do not control. We also take orders to register new domains, described in the next section. We do not host websites or run DNS.

We check that a seller controls a domain before the listing goes live, by asking them to add a short TXT record to the domain's DNS. That shows control; it does not prove legal ownership. We do not guarantee that a domain is free of trademark claims or other third-party rights. Buyers should make their own checks before paying. Our guide on buying a domain safely lists the main ones.

Domain registration orders

Besides the marketplace, we take orders to register new .pk, .com.pk, .com, .net and .org domains. An order is a request, not a registration. We check availability again, confirm the price on WhatsApp and send payment details. We file the registration with PKNIC or a registrar only after the payment has arrived, with the person or business named in the order as the registrant. Registration is not instant: we aim for the same working day, and the registry sets the final timing.

• Orders not paid within 48 hours are cancelled automatically. Order again if you still want the name.
• If someone else registers the name before we file it, you get a full refund of what you paid us.
• For .pk and .com.pk, PKNIC does not change the registrant's name after registration. You are responsible for typing it correctly; we file it exactly as ordered.
• Prices on the price list are per term, in rupees, and show the renewal price. Renewals are charged at the renewal price current at the time of renewal.
• The domain is yours. We never register a customer's domain in our own name.
• We refuse orders for names that infringe a trademark or break PKNIC's or the registrar's rules, and refund any payment made for them.

Seller obligations

When you list a domain, you confirm all of the following.

• You control the domain and have the right to sell it. If someone else is the registrant, you have their permission and can arrange the transfer.
• Your listing is accurate: the domain name, expiry date, registrar and anything else you tell us or a buyer.
• The name does not infringe a trademark, impersonate a business or person, or break the law in Pakistan.
• You will complete the transfer within 7 days of a buyer's payment reaching SastiDomains, or longer where the registry's process takes longer, as long as you tell us before the buyer pays. You and the buyer can also agree a different window with us in writing (WhatsApp counts) before the buyer pays.
• You will keep the domain registered and unchanged while the listing is live and during the transfer. Do not sell it elsewhere or let it expire.
• You will follow the transfer steps we send you and respond to our messages during the deal.

You may remove a listing at any time before a buyer has paid. Once a buyer has paid, the sale is on and the 7-day window starts.

Buyer obligations

When you buy a domain through the site, you confirm all of the following.

• You will pay the agreed amount into escrow by bank transfer, Raast, JazzCash or Easypaisa within the time we give you, usually 2 business days after the deal is agreed. If payment does not arrive, the deal is cancelled and the seller may sell to someone else.
• You will give us correct details for the transfer (your registrar account details, or whatever the registry asks for) and respond to our messages during the deal.
• You will confirm that you control the domain within 3 days of the transfer completing. Confirmation can be a WhatsApp message saying the domain is in your account.
• You will not reverse, dispute or claw back a payment once the seller has been paid.
• You will make your own checks on the domain's history, trademark position and suitability before you pay.

Escrow terms

Escrow means SastiDomains holds the buyer's money until the transfer is done. These are the rules we apply to every deal.

1. We hold the funds. The buyer's payment stays with SastiDomains and is not released to anyone until a release condition below is met.
2. Release to the seller. We pay the seller within 24 hours of the buyer confirming control of the domain. If the buyer does not reply within 7 days of the transfer completing, we will contact them on WhatsApp before releasing anything.
3. Refund to the buyer. If the seller does not complete the transfer within the 7-day window, or an agreed longer window, the buyer gets a full refund of the amount paid. The listing may be removed.
4. Disputes. If buyer and seller disagree about whether a transfer happened, both sides agree that SastiDomains decides, based on the registrar's or PKNIC's records for the domain, and the messages exchanged during the deal. We will explain our decision on WhatsApp. Our decision settles who receives the escrowed money, nothing more.

We send refunds and seller payments to a bank account or Raast ID, or to a JazzCash or Easypaisa wallet for amounts within the wallet's limit. We send money only to the person who paid (for refunds) or the seller we verified (for payouts), never to a third party.

Fees

Listing a domain is free. The seller pays a 10% commission, taken from the sale price, only when a sale completes and we pay out. Buyers pay the listed or agreed price and nothing extra to SastiDomains.

Any bank or wallet transfer charges are paid by whoever sends the money: the buyer when paying into escrow, SastiDomains when paying the seller or refunding the buyer. If the registrar charges a fee to move the domain, the buyer and seller agree between themselves who pays it before the buyer pays us, and we note it on the deal.

Prices on the site are in Pakistani rupees (₨). If a seller quotes in another currency, the rupee amount we confirm on WhatsApp is the one that counts.

Cancellations

Before the buyer pays, either side can walk away without any charge. After the buyer pays:

• The buyer can cancel only if the seller has not yet started the transfer, or the seller agrees. Once a domain has moved to the buyer, the sale is final.
• The seller can cancel only with the buyer's agreement. If a seller backs out after payment, the buyer is refunded in full and we may refuse the seller's future listings.
• SastiDomains may cancel a deal and refund the buyer if we find the listing broke these terms, if we cannot verify either party, or if the transfer cannot be completed through the registry's or registrar's process.

Refunds for cancellations are sent within 3 business days to the account the buyer paid from.

Prohibited listings and abuse

You may not list a domain that infringes someone's trademark, impersonates a government body, bank, brand or person, contains hate speech, or exists to carry out fraud, phishing or anything illegal in Pakistan. You may not list a domain you do not control, list the same domain under several accounts, place fake offers, or use the site to contact other users for anything other than a deal.

We can remove any listing and refuse any user, with or without notice, if we believe these terms are being broken. We do not owe compensation for a removed listing.

If you believe a listing infringes your trademark or rights, or that a user is behaving dishonestly, message us on WhatsApp with the domain name and what the problem is. We will pause the listing while we look into it and may ask the seller for an explanation.

Limitation of liability

Our total responsibility to you for anything connected with a deal is limited to the commission we received on that deal. For a deal where we received no commission, we owe nothing beyond refunding money we still hold.

We are not responsible for a registrar's or PKNIC's delays, decisions or fees, for a domain losing value, for a third party's claim on a domain, for messages or payments sent outside the site, or for losses that come from a buyer or seller giving us wrong information. We provide the site as it is and cannot promise it will always be available.

Nothing here removes rights that Pakistani law gives you and does not allow a business to take away.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute that cannot be settled through our WhatsApp process will be dealt with by the courts in Pakistan.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service grows. The date at the top shows the current version. Changes apply to deals agreed after that date; a deal already in progress stays on the terms it started under. If a change matters, we will mention it on the site before it takes effect.
