Track your order

Enter the order number we gave you (it starts with SD-) and the WhatsApp number you used. You will see where your registration, transfer or renewal stands.

What each stage means

  1. Waiting for payment. We have your request and have confirmed, or are confirming, the price on WhatsApp. Unpaid orders are cancelled after 48 hours.
  2. Payment received. We have seen the money arrive in our account and are preparing the filing.
  3. Filed. We have sent the registration, transfer or renewal to PKNIC or the registrar. Their timing applies from here.
  4. Done. The domain is registered, moved or renewed in your name. The registry's confirmation goes to your email.

Renewing a domain you registered with us

Every domain has an expiry date, and the renewal price is on the price list next to the registration price. To renew, send a renewal request with the domain and term; you get a new order number and can track it here in the same way. For .pk and .com.pk, PKNIC renews in two-year steps. Renew well before the expiry date: once a .pk lapses, PKNIC can deactivate it and later release it to anyone. If you are not sure when your domain expires, run a WHOIS lookup.
