The good names are usually already taken. SastiDomains is where their owners sell them.
Why a .pk domain?
A .pk or .com.pk address tells customers at a glance that you are a Pakistani business, and it helps your site show up for searches made in Pakistan. New .pk names are registered through PKNIC, but the short, memorable ones were taken years ago. Buying one from its current owner is often the only way to get it.
Why escrow matters
Most domain deals in Pakistan happen in Facebook groups and WhatsApp chats, where the buyer pays first and hopes. With SastiDomains the money sits with us until the buyer confirms the domain is in their hands. If the transfer fails, the buyer gets a refund. Read how to buy a domain safely.
What sells
Short names, single dictionary words, city names such as Lahore or Karachi, and business keywords like property, shop, food and tech. Exact-match .com.pk names for local industries also find buyers. See how domains are priced before you list or make an offer.
FAQ

How does escrow keep my money safe?
The buyer pays SastiDomains, the seller transfers the domain, and we release the money only after the buyer confirms they control it. If the transfer fails, the buyer is refunded.
How much does it cost?
Listing is free. Sellers pay a 10% commission only when the domain sells. Buyers pay the agreed price with no extra fee.
How do you verify sellers?
We ask the seller to add a short TXT record we give them to the domain's DNS, which shows they control it.
How are .pk domains transferred?
Through PKNIC, in two steps: a change of registrant (the owner on record) and a change of account or registrar (so the buyer controls renewals and settings). Both need the seller's signed paperwork sent to PKNIC. We guide both sides through it. See the step-by-step guide.
How long does a transfer take?
For .com and similar: minutes if the seller moves it to your account at the same registrar, up to about a week to a different registrar. For .pk and .com.pk: the seller posts signed original documents to PKNIC, which verifies by phone and then takes about 3–4 business days. PKNIC gives no total, so allow about two weeks end to end.
Can I list a domain I just registered?
Yes, but some registrars lock new domains for 60 days before they can be transferred. We'll tell you if yours is locked.
