PKNIC office address and location in Lahore

Many people search for the PKNIC location or PKNIC Lahore. The contact page lists one street address, in Garden Town, Lahore. PKNIC's home page says this Lahore office is its only one, with no other branches in Pakistan.

The contact page also has an old notice from the pandemic period. It says the office is short of staff and only partly open on weekdays, and that posted papers and cheques take longer to handle. So call or email before you go in person. The page does not say whether walk-in visits are welcome today, and we do not know either.

PKNIC phone number and email address

The contact page lists two phone numbers and one email address. It shows no toll-free line, no separate helpline and no fax. If another website gives you a different number, be careful with it. An older PKNIC help page says the staff inbox is open 24 hours a day. It also gives longer phone hours than the current contact page does. We would go by the shorter hours on the current page and expect email replies during office time.

Which PKNIC channel to use for what

PKNIC's contact page does not split its contacts by topic. There is no separate billing, technical or ownership address. The site does have pages called How to Pay, Buy Pre-Paid Cards, Change Details and Change Registrar.

The older help page sends technical and billing questions to staff@pknic.net.pk. For anything about a name you hold, email that address and include the domain name. What PKNIC cannot help with

PKNIC runs the .pk registry. Its contact page does not list what it will not handle, so we only point out what follows from its role. PKNIC does not run your website, hosting or email. It fixes the registrant name when a domain is registered, so getting the name right at the start matters. Read our guide “What is PKNIC? How the .pk registry works” to learn more about its role.

PKNIC's home page says resellers and agents are independent companies with no ownership link to PKNIC. If you ordered through a reseller, contact them first. For .com names the registry is a different company, as the .com page explains.

SastiDomains is not PKNIC

We are a small Pakistani company. We run a marketplace where owners sell existing domains while the payment is held in escrow.
